It was a very tough match, we didn’t score enough of our chances, and their goalkeeper made some very good saves. We should have scored more than one goal in the first half, then the second half would have been easier. In the second half, the game opened up a little as Baltika had no choice but to go forward, that added pressure on our goal.
Why couldn’t Zenit score with the many chances you had?
I think their goalkeeper played very well, he made several saves that looked certain goals. We did everything right, but their goalkeeper played great.

It was hard, but I’m used to it, I can play both right and left. It's good that I took part in the attack that led to the goal!
