Domenico won the award after a fans vote and collected his award after the match with his new club Genoa. Criscito is the top scoring defender in Zenit history and won the player of the month award four times.

"I will always miss St. Petersburg, because I spent seven years of my life there and I did many important things at Zenit" said Criscito.

Domenico is the fourth winner of the G-Drive award, the previous winners being Garay, Hulk and Danny. 

The prize for the best blue-white-sky blue player is a joint project of Zenit football club and the Gazpromneft network of petrol station where you can buy G-Drive fuel .
