Aleksei Sutormin and Douglas Santos met the fans at 3pm on 11 July at our flagship store at 20 Nevsky Prospect. The players tried on their new shirts with their names and numbers on and signed autographs and had selfies with the fans in attendance.

"I used to wear number 19, but Igor Smolnikov has that so I decided that I would swap them around and wear 91" said Alexey Sutormin. I hope this number will bring me luck and I will score and do well for the team. 

“I would have taken number 6, but the captain already has it but number 3 is also an excellent number so I chose that, but the most important thing is not the number you wear, but how you play." Douglas Santos told us. 

Zenit's first game of the season is this Sunday at 7pm at home to Tambov.
