– Thank you, Petersburg!, – Luciano Spalletti began his speech in Russian. – And bravo to my players! (Switching to Italian.) I didn`t score a single goal. All that was done by Kerzhakov, Bukharov, Lazovic, Bystrov and other footballers from my team. Denisov, Shirokov, Zyryanov, Alves, Krizanac, Luko, Hubo… I didn`t win the fight for the ball on the field. My players did that. So I have to say thank you to them. And especially to those players who played less than the others, because these players came to every practice, gave it their all in practice, and made the rhythm at practice that helped us in our matches. They were real professionals, so I have to say even bigger thanks to them than to the guys who played more often.

I want to congratulate one more team. I always said that Zenit is two teams, one of which is visible, and the other which is invisible. This is the team of our masseuses, doctors, administrators, cooks, and all the employees of our club, all the people who work with us.

(Going back into Russian.) Our victory is awesome. But we need to repeat that again!
